What You'll Do:

Commerce Grid harnesses the power of commerce to maximize publisher revenue, amplify advertiser outcomes, and help retailers unlock the true value of their shopper data.

In line with our growth, Criteo seeks an experienced sales professional to represent the CommerceGrid platform and develop agreements with media agencies and data curators in Germany. The ideal candidate will be a strong salesperson, owning outreach efforts with prospects and new clients to scale demand for our global supply-side business.

This role involves serving as the primary contact for agencies in Germany, identifying, developing, and closing new engagements, and supporting sales growth with the German Agency Team. It requires a proven mix of industry networking, solution, and commercial expertise to deliver high-performing, integrated solutions that meet client goals.

Sales reps will lead deal execution from proposal to activation, then hand over to client services for ongoing management. Collaboration across EMEA teams and business units is essential.

What you will do
  1. Lead sales efforts targeting new agency partners to generate revenue with CommerceGrid.
  2. Identify opportunities proactively, respond to requests, and develop creative solutions to increase revenue.
  3. Leverage industry relationships to drive new business.
  4. Contribute market insights for new product development and innovation.
  5. Represent CommerceGrid at industry events to develop pipelines.
  6. Enhance brand positioning through thought leadership, speaking engagements, and publications.
Who You Are:
  • Experience selling advertising or technology solutions to media agencies with a successful track record.
  • Knowledge of Programmatic Advertising Technologies (Ad Exchanges, Deal IDs, RTB, DSPs, DMPs, SSPs, etc.) and experience selling these solutions.
  • Strong network within media agency programmatic teams.
  • Background in developing solution strategies and supporting business cases.
  • Experience leading and coordinating client acquisition processes.
  • Industry exposure in online media trading and advertising technology.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate benefits clearly.
  • Self-motivated, able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Passionate about learning new technologies.
  • Fluent in German and English.
