Job summary

Dassault Systèmes in Germany seeks a Senior Project/Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of projects and programs. You will guide diverse, international teams, ensuring customer value and satisfaction while managing governance, budgets, and scope across the full lifecycle.

In this role you will foster collaboration in an agile setting, drive SoW creation, and maintain P&L accountability. A willingness to travel across the DACH region is expected, with flexible remote/hybrid work options

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Bachelor, Master, or equivalent)
• Proven experience in project management, ideally in product development or services/consulting
• Agile mindset with Scrum experience; PMI certification is a plus
• Strong communication skills in German and English; able to negotiate and engage stakeholders
• Proactive, ownership-driven; willing to travel and engage with customers across the DACH region

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects and programs: assess needs, define governance and structure, plan staffing, manage risks, and continuously apply and improve best practices
• Drive the creation of Statements of Work (SoW), ensuring clear scope, timelines, and budget alignment in line with established standards
• Build, manage, and steer project plans and scope across the full lifecycle, guiding teams while actively optimizing workloads and promoting a healthy work-life balance
• Own and steer project financials (P&L), ensuring delivery meets quality, margin, and scheduling commitments through effective resource utilization
• Safeguard confidentiality and protect intellectual property by implementing and enforcing appropriate measures across all project activities
