Your responsibilities

• The backend teams develop and optimize connected services and intelligent cloud applications in vehicles. We seek a passionate Product Owner with a pioneering spirit for the Personalization Offboard team.
• Guide the product lifecycle from idea to production within the Personalization Domain.
• Define features for the Product Backlog.
• Support teams in understanding the defined features.
• Ensure high-level plans align with customer needs and stakeholder acceptance.
• Identify dependencies between features and maintain system visualization.
• Ensure profitability and ROI for features in the backlog.
• Maintain mapping between features and teams.
• Lead milestone planning workshops with customers as needed.
• Communicate milestones, goals, and scope to team members.
• Coordinate with other Product Owners on requirements, user stories, and acceptance tests.

Your profile

• Solid experience in In-Vehicle Infotainment Systems and automotive projects.
• Experience developing complex software products in series production (automotive, aviation, etc.).
• Understanding of automotive challenges and processes (Automotive SPICE, ASIL, data protection).
• Knowledge of QA and testing processes.
• Experience with Agile (e.g., Scaled Scrum) and Waterfall development.
• Completed at least one full project lifecycle.
• Expertise in embedded and cloud automotive functions: Connectivity, Tuner, Infotainment, Navigation.
• Software architecture knowledge.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: C/C++, Python, Java, Go.
• Open-Source background preferred.
