Qualifikationen

• Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung als Produktmanager oder Produktbesitzer in der agilen Entwicklung.

• You promote an open, agile team culture and create the conditions for your team to reach its full potential.
• You define and communicate the product vision for our software ecosystem and RESTful API.
• You prioritize requirements and features to ensure our product remains technically future-proof and user-friendly.
• You ensure all stakeholders are informed about developments and priorities, maintaining continuous communication with development, marketing, and partners.
• You are the point of contact for strategic partners and ensure long-term successful collaboration.
• You identify the needs of our customers and proactively develop approaches to further digitize their business processes.
• You have several years of experience as a product manager or product owner in agile cloud product development and understand the challenges of software ecosystems.
• You think in terms of real added values, not just features, and know how to translate business requirements into scalable and engaging technical solutions.
• You love communicating with various stakeholders.
• You have extensive experience leading and developing interdisciplinary teams, ideally including marketing experts, software developers, and architects. You have a deep understanding of the needs and strengths of each role.
• You possess good technical understanding, especially regarding the provision of APIs for integration and technology partners as a basis for solutions to digitize business processes across app boundaries.
• Excellent German and English skills round off your profile (C2 level).
