4flow software develops a range of global standard software products for logistics and transportation planning that can be applied across all industries. The integrated planning approach of our software products ranges from the long-term optimization of network structures to the short-term optimization of transportation capacity utilization. In addition, planning results can be combined with transportation processing and accounting for integrated transportation management.

Here, product management focuses on the continuous identification and conception of functional and technical enhancements of the different software modules.

What your new challenge will look like

As a Senior Product Owner (d / f / m), your responsibilities include:

  • Act as an interface between external partners and internal stakeholders (e.g., Customers, Key Account Management, Product Management, or Software Development) to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Engage closely with customers to understand their business intelligence (BI) and reporting requirements, evaluating their needs and wishes.
  • Collaborate with external partners to design and specify software features that meet customer requirements, ensuring a smooth rollout of new functionalities.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the 4flow software BI landscape, including tools like Tableau and Snowflake, and related logistics processes.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with other Product Owners across different development teams.
  • Participate in cross-divisional meetings to align on strategic goals, roadmaps, and conceptual frameworks that drive our development efforts.
  • Manage budgets and expenditures effectively, analyzing variances, forecasting, and reporting to stakeholders to ensure financial efficiency aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Provide professional management and guidance to external partners and internal colleagues.

Why you belong at 4flow

You have at least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner or (Technical) Product Manager and a degree in informatics, mathematics, or a related MINT field.

Proficiency in English, with German as a plus.

Strong knowledge in data analytics, data science, and data literacy.

Experience with Tableau.

Solid understanding of product management principles.

Demonstrated financial acumen and the ability to engage in strategic thinking.

Very good communication skills, an agile mindset, and a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

Supply Chain / Logistics knowledge is a plus.
