Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive Measurable Growth & Own Campaign KPIs – Take full accountability for achieving marketing-driven revenue and performance goals. You’ll define clear KPIs, track success across the funnel and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize impact on pipeline growth, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Optimize Positioning and Value Proposition – Analyze customer behavior, communication performance and competitor offerings to refine our value proposition in collaboration with product and commercial teams.
  • Stay Ahead of Market Trends – Work closely with the product team to monitor industry trends and insights, shaping thought leadership, market education and demand-generation initiatives.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner with product, commercial, brand and content teams to align strategies with customer needs, target segments and market opportunities.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing within SaaS, Finance, Crypto or Deep Tech with a proven track record of driving lead and demand generation.
  • Results-driven mindset – Demonstrated success in crafting market communications that resonate with target audiences and improve conversion rates.
  • Strategic and hands-on approach – Ability to think big while executing efficiently, ensuring marketing initiatives translate into tangible business impact.
  • Project management excellence – Strong ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills – Adaptability to evolving market trends and the ability to turn insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Fluency in English – Our working language is English and strong communication skills are essential.
