As our first dedicated Product Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our product's narrative, positioning, and market presence. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between our product's capabilities and the market's needs, ensuring that our solutions are effectively communicated and adopted by our target audience.

What you'll do
Shape our positioning

  • Develop and refine doinstruct's product positioning and value propositions for different customer segments.
  • Create compelling narratives and content that resonate with buyers and users, informed by customer research and competitive insight.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across all channels and teams.
Lead product launches & GTM
  • Create and execute go-to-market plans for new features and major releases.
  • Collaborate across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure launches are timely, consistent, and effective.
  • Drive internal alignment on roadmap visibility and storytelling.
Enable Sales & Customer teams
  • Build and maintain a toolkit of sales and customer-facing materials: one-pagers, pitch decks, competitive battle cards, FAQs, and more.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to refine messaging based on real-world conversations.
  • Serve as the go-to for competitive insights and objection handling.
Deepen our market understanding
  • Stay on top of customer needs, industry trends, and competitor moves.
  • Conduct win/loss interviews and gather voice-of-customer insights to improve positioning.
  • Use insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.


Who you are
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or product-led growth environment.
  • Proven success crafting positioning and go-to-market strategies that drove awareness, engagement, and revenue.
  • Skilled at translating technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Strong writing and communication skills: You are able to craft everything from a compelling pitch deck to crisp internal briefs - ideally in German & English
