The Role

Your mission

GotPhoto is looking for an enthusiastic Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team in Germany to ensure smooth product launches and clear market positioning across our three key markets.

Our business is growing and so is our team: we will have around 200 employees, distributed across 5 countries, by the end of 2025. As we grow and expand, we recognize the need for a dedicated Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team and own the go-to-market strategy for new products. This role will act as the bridge between our product, marketing, and sales teams, providing messaging, sales enablement materials, and thought leadership content to drive adoption and business growth.

As our first dedicated Product Marketing Manager, you will shape this function and set the foundation for future growth.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product positioning and messaging tailored to our different customer segments.
• Own product launches, ensuring that internal teams are aligned, and that customers receive compelling communication.
• Create sales enablement materials such as battle cards, messaging guides, and value propositions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine our messaging and product differentiation.
• Deliver thought leadership content, including blog posts, landing pages, and webinars.

We are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within a SaaS, B2B, or B2C environment.
• Proven experience in copywriting for both internal and external audiences.
• Strong product positioning and messaging skills, with the ability to translate complex features into compelling value propositions.
• Hands-on experience in coordinating product releases and working cross-functionally with multiple teams.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
• Is nice to have: experience in B2C marketing (our customers are solopreneurs/small businesses, so a non-corporate tone is key).
