The Ultimate Role:

Ultimate are looking for a hands-on Senior Product Marketing Manager to devise, lead and implement the Product Marketing strategy. You will sit within the Marketing department working alongside the Head of Brand and Head of Demand Generation. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will partner closely with our Product and Leadership teams helping and steering the business target and identify the best way to reach customers.


What you will do:

Work closely with the Product and Marketing team to develop and execute on a multi-channel product marketing strategy

Architect short and long term GTM campaigns connecting key narratives to product/feature launches

Constantly define and redefine our market positioning and value proposition. Craft Ultimate’s product narrative for different buyer segments and ensure the wider marketing team are fully informed and enabled

Continually assess, evaluate and adapt the strategy to optimize collaboration, production, and roadmap planning

You will be hands on leading the value creation process to demonstrate our product offerings through your strategy

How We Measure Success for this Role:

Product awareness: Measure brand recognition, website traffic, social media mentions, SEO

Lead generation and conversion rates

Market share: Evaluate market penetration, acquisition rates and competitive positioning

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Experience leading and delivering a product marketing strategy for a long and competitive sale cycle, preferably with an enterprise software product

Experience in a fast-paced startup environment

Strong research and analytical skills - ability to turn data and customer insights into actionable recommendations

Strategic project management skills. You have the ability to create strong stakeholder relationships and motivate others by leading key projects, having fun along the way

To know how to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

Interest in the AI revolution we’re living through and excitement about our product space - Conversational AI. You’ll be excited to stay up-to-date with industry trends and our competitor landscape
