Area of Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of products and manage a full product line within the Wheeled Goods category (strollers and sport products) throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Identify consumer requirements and specifications, and initiate, develop, and implement these into the organization.
• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities through market research to identify market opportunities.
• Act as a category owner and coordinate between Design, Sales, Marketing, R&D, Quality, and Procurement, as well as other relevant departments.
• Communicate effectively within international product management teams.
• Present product concepts and stories to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor the commercial success of the product portfolio in the market and implement interventions if necessary.
• Continuously review the product line concerning sales volume, margin, quality, and market positioning.
• Support and guide junior team members with your professional experience.

Profile of Qualifications:

• Successfully completed degree in industrial design, industrial engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Several years of professional experience as a product manager in an international environment, preferably in consumer goods.
• Proven track record in managing a global product portfolio with a good understanding of technical and commercial aspects of product development.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and work effectively in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
• Highly structured and analytical approach, paired with a hands-on mentality.
• High affinity for lifestyle and design.
• Passion for products.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel.
