You will find the dynamics of e-commerce, agile processes, flat hierarchies and steep development curves.

One of their branches is aiming to set a new dimension in mobile banking.

To strengthen their team, they are looking for you as a high-potential Produktmanager (AML) (of different seniority levels) with excellent analytical and conceptual skills as well as a convincing hands-on mentality.

Requirements:

• You have completed a degree with a business or IT focus
• You have a passion for technology, complex business processes and digital products and actively follow the FinTech market
• You have already gained initial professional experience in agile product development, preferably in the field of AML/money laundering prevention, a startup or a management consultancy
• You are characterized by strong analytical skills, a structured way of working and a clear focus on customer needs, while also considering the targeted use of AI to optimize processes
• You have excellent communication skills and a hands-on mentality - from brainstorming to implementation
• Business fluent German skills, both written and spoken

Responsibilities:

• You develop (technical) concepts and processes in the area of anti-money laundering (AML) and money laundering prevention, based on regulatory requirements and business requirements
• You support the implementation of your concepts in close cooperation with the IT development team, external partners and the management
• You prepare user stories for the development team and test the software before it goes live
• You analyze APIs and data requirements from external systems to ensure smooth integration into the overall architecture before it goes live
