The Views Foundation team is part of our Studio Platform which empowers customers to identify and realize value by building custom ‘views’ on the data that allow for data visualization, drilldowns, collaboration, sharing and taking action to ultimately run processes better based on the world-class process intelligence that Celonis provides.

The Role:

We are looking for experienced product managers to join our rapidly growing product and engineering organization. Embedded within a cross-functional team, the Product Manager will be responsible for coming up with and aligning the team to the product strategy, rigorous prioritization, and supporting execution with clear requirements. Successful product managers will have a strong understanding of customer needs, the overall market in which we operate, and most importantly our product. Success requires deep collaboration with many different stakeholders across our business.

The work you’ll do:

• Develop a holistic product strategy and roadmap for a solid Views foundation that will set us up for scalability. This involves strategic areas like performance and stability, extensibility and integrations (in 3P platforms and of 3P platforms) as well views developer frameworks for other internal engineering teams to contribute components and tools.
• Work directly with customers, go-to-market and ecosystem organization to deeply understand customer needs and identify opportunities to enhance the product, focusing on delivering the highest possible customer value
• Serve as the subject matter expert and trusted advisor of the Views Foundation for other user journey teams and consolidate their requirements and collaborate closely with your engineering and design counterparts to ship a scalable and easy to use platform capabilities
• Develop a holistic product strategy and plan and defining the right tooling to lift and shift our customer based to our newest tech stack
• Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators, and use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

The qualifications you need:

• 5-10 years of experience within a software product management discipline
• Strong experience in working with engineering and design teams, and especially platform teams that serve multiple other teams and allow them to easily scale and reuse knowledge
• Knowledge of enterprise readiness requirements for large enterprises (e.g. monitoring, security, permissions, audit)
• Ideally knowledge and experience in some of the following developer and visualization frameworks, developer-facing tooling (IDEs) and/or no-code application platforms, open source, cloud-based infrastructure, integrations and APIs, performance metrics
• An analytical or technical background along with a passion for all things data
• A proactive, analytical and collaborative mindset, coupled with strong communication skills
• Excited about providing clarity in the face of ambiguity and working in a dynamic environment that comes with being part of an innovative hyper-growth company
