Tasks

1. Responsibility for the Solino system
2. Handle customer inquiries
3. Collect, analyze, and prioritize incoming product and solution requests
4. Build customer relationships
5. Identify and develop new contacts and partnerships
6. Strategic product development: Contribute to the roadmap and product strategy
7. Market and competitor analysis: Monitor industry trends and derive actionable recommendations
8. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Hardware & Software Development, Marketing, Supply Chain, etc.
9. Global product positioning & launches: Support the market introduction of new hardware and software features; participate in global trade fairs and customer meetings

Requirements

• Degree in Physics, Engineering, Optics, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field
• Professional experience in product management or a similar role, ideally within optical systems, lab equipment, medical technology, or similar products
• Strong understanding of hardware and software integration in complex technical products with a focus on artificial intelligence
• Customer-oriented mindset paired with a structured and strategic approach to work
• Global willingness to travel around 20%
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
