Senior Product Manager, SEO (Bangkok Based) – Agoda

Join Agoda as a Senior Product Manager for Search Engine Optimization (SEO). This Bangkok-based role includes relocation support. You will drive the SEO product strategy, work with senior leadership across functions, and define, build, and deliver solutions that strengthen Agoda's organic performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the online travel ecosystem, markets, competitive landscape, and user requirements with a strong focus on Search Organic traffic channels
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of campaigns / products that support wider company initiatives, customer engagement, and optimization of organic rankings to drive Agoda’s revenues
• Conceptualize, launch, and optimize SEO products and features; experiment, test performance, and iterate quickly
• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Content, and UX teams on cutting-edge technologies
• Analyze content traffic, SEO metrics, and campaign messaging effectiveness using defined KPIs to improve content marketing ROI
• Develop innovative solutions across regions, product areas, and functions with a strong emphasis on SEO

What you’ll need to succeed

• At least 5+ years of product experience, including hands-on technical and content optimization experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar quantitative discipline)
• Proven ability to use analytics and quantitative methods to inform decision-making with a focus on SEO
• Strong data skills
• Excellent communication skills (English, both verbal and written) with the ability to convey complex messages to diverse stakeholders
• Experience developing and launching new products
• Experience leading global product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions for the organic channel
• Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset; effective at breaking down complex problems and driving change
• Hands-on mentality with proactive problem-solving

Desirable

• MBA or Master’s degree in Math, Economics, Computer Science, or Statistics
• Strong proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Python, R, or equivalents
