Qualifikationen

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Manage Product Lifecycle for Physical Access Control Readers: You will take responsibility for our readers in the physical access control sector, overseeing the entire product lifecycle, including roadmap planning.
• Drive Innovation and Product Development: You will act as a catalyst for innovations and product enhancements, considering new market requirements, technological trends, and developments.
• Develop Product and Positioning Strategies: You will develop product and positioning strategies for various customer target groups, such as OEMs and system integrators, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders and Manage Requirements: You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that requirements and features are aligned with market and customer perspectives.
• Make Strategic Product Decisions: You will make informed product decisions that consider strategic, commercial, and technical aspects, ensuring market-oriented solutions.
• Coordinate with Departments for Implementation: You will collaborate extensively with departments such as development, procurement, and production to ensure smooth implementation.
• Support Marketing and Product Launches: You will partner with marketing to support product launches. Additionally, you will take responsibility for creating product-related information, materials, tools, and aids.
• Support Sales and Monitor Success: You will assist the sales team and engage with customers, e.g. at trade shows and conferences. And you will regularly monitor the success of product lines and stay updated on technological trends and developments.

Skills & Experience:

• Extensive Product Management Experience: You have several years of experience in product management within access control systems, RFID modules, embedded systems, or other relevant fields.
• Strong Technical Understanding: You possess a good technical understanding and have experience with the product development processes of electronic components.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset and Analytical Skills: You possess strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking to understand customer needs and develop long-term product and monetization strategies.
• Ownership and Execution: You demonstrate an ownership mentality and have strong execution strength.
• Excellent Communication Skills: You have exceptional communication abilities, a winning demeanor, and confidence in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent English Proficiency: You are proficient in English, both written and spoken; German is a plus.
• Office Availability: You are willing and able to work approximately 50% of the time in the office (Puchheim near Munich).
