Job Description:
The future looks like you

With over 1,300 stores in 17 European countries and more than 25,000 employees, C&A is one of Europe’s leading fashion retailers. Every day, C&A welcomes millions of visitors to its stores in Europe and to its online shop. C&A offers quality and long-lasting fashion at affordable prices for the many. We are building on more than 180 years of experience in the fashion industry and continuously modernize the company to become an omnichannel fashion retailer.

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager for Commercial E2E Planning to drive a new strategic initiative focused on transforming our planning processes, including master data, ERP systems, assortment planning, forecasting, allocation, and order writing. In this role, you will optimize the end-to-end planning lifecycle to ensure seamless operations, informed decision-making, and strong business performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Operations—to deliver robust planning solutions aligned with C&A’s strategic objectives.

Your responsibilities
  • E2E Planning Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive product strategy for end-to-end planning, integrating master data management, ERP systems, assortment planning, forecasting, allocation, and order writing.
  • Process Optimization: Develop an understanding of C&A's current planning processes and the applications supporting them, identifying areas for enhancement. Strategically envision and plan for future needs to optimize processes and leverage new technologies for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Create strong partnerships across Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and Merchandising. Act as the primary liaison, presenting strategic updates to senior management, leveraging quantitative and qualitative insights to develop and convey strategic decisions.
  • Product Roadmap: Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements that directly contribute to achieving desired business outcomes.
  • User Centricity: Employ design thinking methods like user interviews, journey and empathy maps to deeply understand user needs and drive solution adoption. Work closely with business teams to overcome adoption barriers and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Enterprise Systems Integration: Collaborate with technology teams to understand where your product fits within C&A's broader ecosystem. Develop strategies for phasing out legacy systems, ensuring a seamless transition to more advanced and integrated solutions that support strategic business objectives.
What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or a related role, with a strong focus on end-to-end planning and ERP systems.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the apparel or retail industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise with enterprise planning solutions such as Blue Yonder, O9, SAP, Anaplan, etc.
  • Passion for delivering pioneering solutions to challenging problems.
  • Proven track record of transforming and optimizing planning processes in dynamic business environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to independently navigate ambiguous problem spaces.
  • Competency in creating, maintaining, and clearly communicating support collateral for product strategy.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong drive for autonomy.
What we offer

This is an opportunity for you to join us on a truly exciting transformation journey, where you’ll be able to leave footprints that last and contribute significantly to our vision. As well as knowing that you played a key part in the evolution of one of Europe’s most recognizable retail brands, you will also enjoy:

  • Countless learning and development opportunities via our C&A academy
  • Access to a Partner Discount Scheme
  • An employee discount of 20% in C&A stores
  • 30 days' vacation plus an additional 3 days off
