Senior Product Manager - OTT Live & On-Demand Video Platform Portugal Based - Remote Working from Germany

At OneFootball, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our product development efforts with the expectations of football fans for a best-in-class live and on-demand watch experience.

Your responsibilities include creating product-driven business impact and consumer insights, delivering value to consumers worldwide and on-platform broadcasters such as Sky Sports, DAZN, and Globo. You will be the voice of our video customers within the company, ensuring our products meet the needs of our diverse fan base.

Your work will influence how we develop, position, and promote our products to consumers.

What you’ll do:

1. Vision: Lead product development for our OTT (pay-per-view) video content experience across mobile, desktop, connected TV devices, and the OneFootball (Embed) Player. Serve as the key link between product teams and customers. Understand and segment our install base, exploring their content discovery, purchase, and consumption journeys. Stay ahead of OTT and video market trends to inform strategic decisions. Research and prioritize features aligned with our OTT strategy, from device compatibility to content offerings, ensuring alignment with overall product vision to maximize impact. Monitor market competition and identify service improvements. Collaborate with external partners to drive business and customer value. Develop and execute go-to-market plans, and analyze full-funnel dynamics to optimize growth from acquisition to retention.

OTT & Video Delivery: Provide product direction for Live and On-Demand Video squads, aligning with OTT business leadership. Gather input from stakeholders and partners to maximize feature value. Lead customer lifecycle initiatives to improve discovery, engagement, conversion, and retention. Understand funnel and conversion behaviors to guide marketing and product strategies.
