Working in the product team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We work in feature teams in an agile environment, while collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams.
What you'll do

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (x/f/m) to join the Operating System (OS) Domain to lead our mobile product strategy.

As a Senior Product Manager (x/f/m), your mission will be to define and lead Doctolib's mobile product strategy for healthcare professionals. You will be in charge of building Europe's leading mobile application for care teams.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Bootstrap the core mobile team in the OS Domain PM.
  • Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for our financial products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to develop innovative solutions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Drive the prioritization and roadmap planning, balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date wth industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the product management team.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align product strategies with overall business goals.
Who you are

  • You are a mobile expert with at least 5 years of experience building mobile products.
  • Have already developed/launched products in a large scale B2B environment.
  • Base your strategic product decisions with a strong analytical mindset grounded on data.
  • Always put the user in the center of your work and want to be close to them.
  • Speak English + German or French at least on a C1 level.
  • You master A/B testing and are familiar with marketplace analytical challenges.
  • Think global/act local and are used to working in an international environment.
  • Are ambitious to transform healthcare with an entrepreneurial mindset.
