About the Position
As a Senior Product Manager at HOLY youll lead our beverage portfolio into the next phase of growth as we expand from pure D2C into an omnichannel brand. Your mission : Drive innovation through new flavors formats and product lines while building scalable systems for global expansion.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Development & Roadmap
Lead endtoend development of new powders and future product linesfrom concept to launchalways keeping the HOLY customer at the centerDrive innovation cycles for new flavors and limited drops by leveraging customer insights feedback and market trendsensuring a strong and balanced flavor portfolio that combines bestselling core SKUs with exciting seasonal and limitedtime launches.Define and prioritize the product roadmap with a clear focus on taste experience and brand fitensuring every product is something our Squad lovesProduct Architecture & SKU System
Manage HOLYs entire product system : Categories flavors and formats balancingBalance simplicity and excitementreducing internal complexity while offering customers variety and surpriseSupport hardware and merch development (e.g. bottles) that enhances the product experience usability and brand loveCompliance & Country Readiness
Ensure every product is safe compliant and ready for launch across new countries and retail environmentsWork with external labs legal counsel and certification bodies to meet labeling ingredient and regulatory standardsensuring the customer experience is smooth and trustworthyDevelop scalable internal processes to handle formulation constraints risk assessments and compliance documentationCrossFunctional Collaboration &
Collaborate with SCM Ops and Finance to align product specs with sourcing cost and margin targetswithout compromising customer satisfactionEnsure all documentation (BOMs tech packs product specs) is complete and accurate so the customer gets what they expect every timeContinuously improve based on customer data reviews and postlaunch feedbackturning learnings into product iterations and enhancementsAbout You
