Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Produktmanagement für Rx-Produkte.
• Erfahrung in der Führung interdisziplinärer Projektteams.

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the cross-functional brand team, consisting of market access, supply chain, medical, sales, business intelligence and other relevant departments.
2. Development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to maximize the commercial potential of our vaccine business in Germany.
3. Develop, monitor and execute a clear tactical plan in order to meet objectives as set in accordance with strategic priorities by distinct KPI orientation.
4. Analyze and interpret market trends and health policy developments to identify and address market opportunities and allow timely intervention when required.
5. Create business cases, take full forecast responsibility and manage product life-cycle.
6. Provide strategic direction, marketing and promotional materials, and product training to the sales teams.
7. Manage allocated marketing budgets and project timelines.
8. Establish close working relationships with key stakeholders at national and regional levels.

Who you are:

1. Min. Bachelor’s degree in economics, natural sciences or equivalent; qualification according to AMG § 75 paragraph 2 preferred.
2. At least 5 years’ experience in product management for Rx products; experience in the vaccine business is an advantage.
3. Experience in leading larger interdisciplinary project teams.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. High ability to work under pressure (handling timelines and complex tasks).
6. Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
