Job summary

Linde GmbH, Gases Division is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape and execute the product strategy for Hydrogen and Helium, driving profitable growth and portfolio performance. You will own the product P&L, optimize pricing, costs, and margins, and translate market insights into commercial actions while leading cross-functional teams across regions.

Qualifications

• A university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Extensive experience in Product Management, Sales or Marketing within industrial gases or similar B2B.
• Proven track record developing and executing product, pricing and growth strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional projects in a dynamic international environment.
• Strong analytical skills and fluency in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute product strategies for Hydrogen and Helium to deliver profitable growth.
• Act as the product profit and loss owner, optimizing pricing, costs, margins, and portfolio performance.
• Translate market, customer, supply and competitor insights into actions.
• Lead introduction and commercialization of Hydrogen and Helium solutions, incl. audits.
• Identify and commercialize new sourcing opportunities and supply concepts.
• Provide commercial guidance, pricing standards and decision support for major opportunities.
• Unite regional and global teams and steer product allocation during supply disruptions.

• You will identify, evaluate and commercialize new sourcing opportunitiesand supply concepts to strengthen competitiveness and security of supply
• You willprovide commercial guidance, pricing standards and decision support for newbusiness, contract renewals and major customer opportunities
• You willunite regional and global teams across Sales, Supply, Operations, Finance andTechnology and steer product allocation during supply disruptions

• You bringextensive experience in Product Management, Sales or Marketing within theindustrial gases industry or a comparable business-to-business environment
• A proven track record of developing and executing product, pricing and growth strategies demonstrates your ability to deliver sustainable business results
• You excelat leading complex cross-functional projects and managing multiple strategicpriorities in a dynamic international environment
• Strong analytical skills, combined with deep market and product expertise, enable you to transform data into actionable business decisions
• You are aninfluential stakeholder manager with excellent communication skills and fluencyin German and English, enabling effective collaboration across internationalteams
