Zusammenfassung

Linde Electronics GmbH in Dresden is seeking an Associate Director of Engineering Services & Operations to lead a multi-site engineering team. The role focuses on gas supply systems, EPC project execution and maintenance across bulk, purifier and analytics installations.

You will drive cost discipline, coordinate with LiGaPro for onsite services, and shape strategies for productivity and operational excellence while communicating across internal and external stakeholders in English and German.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in process/chemical/mechanical engineering.
• 8+ years in industrial gases with leadership.
• Experience in matrix organisations across countries.
• Strong commercial mindset.
• Experience with gas purification systems.
• Knowledge of EPC project design and execution.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• English C1, German C2.

Aufgaben

• Manage a team with engineering and engineering services discipline.
• Execute gas supply systems (bulk, purifier & analytics for all gases).
• Support Sales & Business Development to achieve growth plan.
• Concept and detail engineering, cost calculation and EPC execution for bulk gases projects.
• Manage preventive, planned and corrective maintenance of liquid bulk, analytic & purifier systems.
• Manage SLA with LiGaPro for onsite supply sites of Linde Electronics.
• Fulfill operator responsibilities set by local authorities.
• Drive CAPEX/OPEX/Operating working capital and cost discipline.
• Monitor market changes to keep engineering/equipment top-notch.
