We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager, bridging the technical and commercial teams, leading the development and lifecycle of UNIO’s NTN-TN land mobility product. The ideal candidate will report directly to the CTO and lead a team of engineers. You will work cross-functionally across the CTO office with the commercial team defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Product Manager is responsible for product development leadership, planning, execution, test support and accompanying the commercial market rollout of our NTN-TN land mobility platform throughout its product lifecycle.
You will:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the development teams and business stakeholders while ensuring stakeholder alignment on goals, timelines and deliverables;
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned to the company’s goals, based on prior and ongoing inputs from internal stakeholders, customers, market research and your industry insights;
- Conduct market research and competitor analyses identifying opportunities and informing product direction;
- Own and maintain the product roadmap, define detailed product requirements and user stories supported by both internal (software engineering, commercial) and external (customer, partner) stakeholders, collaborate with cross‑functional teams delivering timely high‑quality product releases ensuring alignment with UNIO’s vision, performance standards and end‑to‑end business priorities;
- Gather and prioritize customer and external stakeholder feedback enhancing product features and performance and end‑to‑end product usability;
- Monitor product performance and iterate, with the direct support of the development teams, enhancements and future evolutions based upon data‑driven insights;
- Develop market forecasts for the product(s) supported by UNIO’s commercial team while, in parallel, managing the product(s) successful rollout and customer deliveries aligned to cost, schedule and performance key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Define, in close collaboration with UNIO’s commercial team, key benefits and end‑to‑end value of the product(s), translating customer requirements into development applications supported by customer user experience excitement and dovetailing these data points back into the product(s) continuing evolution: these inputs will directly support the maintenance of UNIO’s marketing and communications plans extending into and collateral areas of interest and market traction (including web updates, product training materials and sales training);
- Lead a team of engineers including daily management tasks such as regular one‑on‑one meetings, setting performance objectives and milestones, supporting career growth and ensuring smooth interactions across team members.
