Your Responsibilities

Product at Raisin requires a broad set of soft and hard skills. While every day is different, here are some key responsibilities:

• You will be the go-to expert for your product, understanding how it influences company-level results.
• You will lead the refinement of major customer or business product issues, defining value, success criteria, risks, dependencies, and assumptions.
• You will promote data-driven decision making and improve data accessibility.
• You will help define and communicate quarterly OKRs and plans, aligning them with strategy and ensuring stakeholder buy-in.
• You will collaborate effectively with engineering and design teams, understanding best practices and contributing to high-level solutions.
• You will foster a team culture of continuous feedback, shared accountability, and learning from failures.
• You will establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, understanding their goals and conveying complex topics simply.
• You will lead cross-disciplinary teams through complexity to reach alignment and make meaningful decisions.

Your Profile

Must haves:

• 3+ years of Product Management experience
• 6+ years of experience working on or with technology-powered products in product or adjacent areas
• Experience leading a cross-functional team of engineers

Should haves:

• Experience in B2C marketplace products and/or eCommerce

Important attributes:

• Detail-oriented and analytical, preferably with a degree or experience in an analytical discipline
• Organized and capable of managing multiple topics simultaneously
