Job Description

We are seeking a (Senior) Product Manager to join our dynamic pricing team in Logistics. You will play a crucial role in shaping how we deliver prices to millions of customers worldwide, focusing on optimizing delivery fees across our extensive network and developing intelligent pricing mechanisms for our diverse brands including Talabat, foodpanda, PedidosYa, Glovo, HungerStation, and the wider Delivery Hero group.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the product: Enhance our dynamic pricing service to impact delivery fee calculations for millions of daily deliveries.
2. Drive innovation and automation: Champion the product vision from discovery to implementation, utilizing data-driven decision-making and advanced experimentation techniques like multi-armed bandits.
3. Leverage data: Analyze data to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses through experimentation, and refine pricing strategies.
4. Define and achieve goals: Develop product roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and drive quarterly and long-term OKRs.
5. Collaborate effectively: Work with data scientists, analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to develop impactful product features.
6. Communicate your vision: Share product strategies, progress, and learnings across the organization.
7. Become a subject matter expert: Lead best practices and foster continuous improvement in dynamic pricing.
8. Grow with your team: Promote a collaborative, data-informed, user-centric environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, with a record of delivering data-driven products.
• Proficiency in designing and analyzing A/B tests and experimentation.
• Experience collaborating with Data Scientists and working with algorithmic solutions.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and teams.
• Experience in writing product requirements and managing development processes.

• Experience with pricing and demand steering challenges.
• Knowledge of last-mile delivery industry.
• Experience building internal tools.
