Your role

• Develop strategies for existing and new product portfolios, including market analysis to identify opportunities for innovation.

• Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform pricing strategies and target markets.

• Coordinate between global, regional, and local organizations, as well as departments like R&D, Marketing, and Sales.

• Create global commercialization plans to support market success and sales growth.

• Manage the product management budget and track KPIs to measure success.

• Collaborate with local teams to gather feedback and assist with technical inquiries.

• Ensure compliance with global and regional regulations in product development.

• Present product performance to senior management with strategic recommendations for the future.

Your profile

• Business qualification or MBA preferred; technical, optical, or scientific qualifications are advantageous.

• Well-founded product management experience, ideally in the eye care sector, along with project management, consulting, or business development competencies.

• Strong strategic thinking and market analysis expertise to develop product strategies aligned with market trends and organizational goals.

• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills to facilitate collaboration across departments and manage the product lifecycle effectively.

• Understanding of commercialization processes, budget management, and KPI tracking, with a consumer-centric mindset to address consumer needs.

• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, strong relationship-building skills, effective facilitation, and presentation abilities.

• Proficiency in English, with additional languages as a plus.
