Responsibilities

1. Design modular technical concepts for electrified heat and cooling solutions for industrial and commercial clients.
2. Develop commercial models to support product scaling and coordinate technical and commercial aspects into comprehensive customer offerings.
3. Implement scalable design, delivery, and operational guidelines for regional adoption.
4. Define go-to-market strategies, including segmentation, targeting, and marketing campaigns.
5. Execute pilot projects and leverage momentum to develop sales pipelines with regional units.
6. Coordinate capability development at regional EIS units and create implementation plans to foster growth.
7. Engage with external suppliers and OEMs to ensure access to cutting-edge solutions.

Qualifications

1. An engineering degree or equivalent, preferably with a focus on heat pump, refrigeration technology, or process engineering.
2. Several years of experience in technical sales or engineering disciplines.
3. Experience in designing and delivering energy infrastructure projects.
4. An outgoing, integrative personality with a proactive attitude.
5. Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of bridging gaps between teams.
6. Customer-oriented with a strong commercial mindset.
7. Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages such as German, Swedish, Italian, or Polish are advantageous.
