Responsibilities

• Design modular technical concepts to deliver electrified heat/cooling solutions to industrial and commercial customers.
• Develop commercial models to support product scaling and coordinate commercial and technical concepts into well-rounded customer offerings.
• Deploy scalable design, delivery, and operations guidelines to be adopted by regional units.
• Define go-to-market strategies, including segmentation, targeting, and marketing campaigns.
• Execute pilot projects and build on momentum to develop sales pipelines with regional units.
• Coordinate capability build-up at regional EIS units and create implementation plans to drive growth.
• Connect with external suppliers and OEMs to ensure access to state-of-the-art solutions.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent, ideally with a focus on heat pump/refrigeration technology or process engineering.
• Several years of experience in technical sales or engineering discipline.
• Experience in the design and delivery of energy infrastructure projects.
• Outgoing, integrative personality with a can-do attitude.
• Good stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build bridges between people.
• Customer orientation and a strong commercial mindset.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus (especially German, Swedish, Italian, and/or Polish).
