Jobbeschreibung

You will take ownership of two of our newest product domains requiring both 0to1 development and scaling efforts. Your mission is to introduce a simple connected and smart way for companies to manage onsite visitors while also enhancing how employees and facility managers interact with rooms covering bookings integrations and services.

As a Senior Product Manager your product squad will play a crucial role in advancing deskbirds strategic goal of becoming the leading workplace management solution in Europe supporting both endusers and decisionmakers.

In this role you will

• Take full ownership of our Rooms & Visitor Management modules with your product squad ensuring a simple and seamless experience for customers managing onsite rooms and visitors. You will own the teams backlog and be accountable for customer and business impact.
• Prioritise opportunities in alignment with our strategy leveraging data insights to ensure we focus on what delivers the most value to our customers and the business.
• Partner with Product Design & Engineering to deliver outstanding user experiences in an agile environment maintaining and prioritising a feasible backlog and facilitating key ceremonies such as Sprint Planning Refinements Retros and Dailies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders inside and outside of deskbird to formulate and test hypotheses ensuring the delivery of highimpact solutions.
• Drive crossteam alignment and contribute to the continuous improvement of Product Management at deskbird.
• Help iterate on Product Management processes in collaboration with the Director of Product.
• Contribute to refining your products vision strategy goals and success metrics.

What you need to be successful

• 5 years as a Product Manager in startups or similar environments with 3 years in midmarket or enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Proven success in delivering B2B software solutions using quantitative (KPIs metrics) and qualitative data (user research feedback) for prioritisation.
• Strong strategic thinking ability to translate business goals into opportunities and drive gotomarket success.
• Proficient in agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and Lean approaches to balance scope time and quality.
• Strong communication leadership and stakeholder alignment skills with a coaching mindset.
• Fluent in German and English (French is a plus).
