Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager in our seller services team in Luxembourg to innovate our Fees and Operations processes in the EU Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) program.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define requirements to streamline the end-to-end Seller experience of charging fees.
2. Work with Operations teams to define and implement new processes for fee collection.
3. Scope new requirements with tech teams across Fees, Fulfillment, and Seller Services to implement changes.
4. Lead seller engagement and adoption efforts for new changes.
5. Lead reviews with senior leadership on these initiatives, working closely with product, tech, Operations, finance, and legal teams.
6. Own weekly and monthly reporting on the initiatives, utilizing metrics to analyze issues and uncover trends.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in program or project management.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and VBA or willingness to learn.
• Experience in complex problem solving and working within tight schedules.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience working cross-functionally with non-tech teams.
• Experience working with tech teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA in management, business administration, economics, engineering, or marketing.
• Experience leading process improvements.
• History of developing business strategy with senior leadership.
