Deine Aufgaben
Own the product vision & strategy for one of our core modules (e.g., JobShop, Market Intelligence, ROI Analytics), aligning it with our company goal of delivering measurable ROI to every customer
Translate market trends, customer insights, and data into a compelling roadmap, balancing quick wins with long-term innovation
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high-impact features – from AI-powered search & matching to advanced analytics
Measure what matters : Define success metrics (conversion rates, ROI impact, retention) and ensure new features improve them
Act as the voice of the customer and ensure our solutions are easy to adopt, valuable, and scalable without heavy implementation effort

Dein Profil
Proven track record as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment (B2B or HR tech experience is a plus).
Strong analytical mindset – you can define and measure KPIs, and you love making product decisions based on data and ROI impact.
Experience working cross-functionally in an agile, fast-paced environment, ideally in remote-first teams
Fluent in German (C1+) and proficient in English.
