• Shape the Future: Define and execute the product strategy for our core product that is revolutionizing how companies work, driving both user satisfaction and business success.
• Solve Real Needs: Take charge of product discovery, working closely with customers, stakeholders, and data to ensure your team is focused on the most valuable and impactful projects.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with a world-class team of developers and designers to deliver innovative solutions that provide immediate and iterative value to our customers.
• Drive Success: Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure product launches that not only meet but exceed customer expectations.
• Elevate the Team: Play a key role in building a top-tier product organization, advancing processes, and inspiring your team to deliver their best work yet.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven Product Experience: You have 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a strong track record of launching impactful products, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Cross-Functional Collaborator: You're adept at working within cross-functional teams, turning complex challenges into simple, user-friendly solutions with developers and designers.
• Data-Driven Decision Maker: You excel at using both qualitative customer insights and quantitative data to inform your product decisions, ensuring a balanced and effective approach.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: You’re self-driven, proactive, and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments where you can take ownership and drive change.
• Strong Communicator: You have excellent communication skills in English and German.
