As the Product Manager for Deposit Brokerage at Raisin, you will help us build our deposit marketplace, enabling customers to place deposits at market-leading interest rates and our partner banks to collect the retail deposits they need to power their credit businesses.

As a member of our Deposits Tribe, you will be a key player in Raisin's core business line as we continue to scale our deposits business. Reporting to the Head of Product for Deposits, you will lead a cross-functional team to enable our partners to offer deposit products across our B2C and B2B channels, along with building out the core deposit order workflows underpinning our deposit marketplace.

You will also work closely with leaders from our B2C Country channel, Business Development, Partner Bank Onboarding, Relationship Management, and Deposits Operations teams.

Your Responsibilities

• Be the go-to expert for your product and understand how company-level business results are influenced by it.
• Lead the iterative refinement of major customer- or business- product problems, clearly expressing their value and success criteria, and identifying risks, dependencies, and assumptions.
• Foster a data-driven culture and improve data availability.
• Define and communicate the most valuable and feasible strategic plans for the next 12 months, gaining buy-in from stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering and design teams, understanding best practices and creating high-level solutions.
• Promote a team culture of continuous feedback, learning from failures, and recognizing achievements.
• Establish high-functioning communication channels with all stakeholder groups to maximize effectiveness.
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams through complexity and ambiguity to reach alignment and make meaningful decisions.

Your Profile

Must haves:

• 3+ years of Product Management experience
• 6+ years of experience working on or with technology-powered products
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams

Should haves:

• Experience in B2C marketplace products or eCommerce
• Experience building distributed systems or microservices

Important attributes:

• Detail-oriented, analytical, with a relevant degree or experience in an analytical discipline
• Organized, multi-tasker, capable of advancing multiple topics simultaneously
