Qualifikationen

The integrated planning approach of our software products ranges from the long-term optimization of network structures to the short-term optimization of transportation capacity utilization. In addition, planning results can be combined with transportation processing and accounting for integrated transportation management. Here, you will work at the intersection of logistics, technology, and compliance, driving product discovery and delivery.

What Your New Challenge Will Look Like

Lead product discovery and delivery for supply chain clients across the European market, ensuring solutions are tailored to regional needs and regulatory requirements. Align product features with EU compliance standards such as GDPR and customs regulations, contributing to legally sound and operationally efficient products. Work closely with engineering, design, and legal teams to ensure product integrity throughout the development lifecycle. Conduct market research and customer interviews to uncover insights and validate product direction across diverse EU markets. Define and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business impact, feasibility, and customer value. Champion agile and lean development practices to foster iterative progress and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • You bring at least 6 years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on European supply chain systems, and hold a degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • You are familiar with EU logistics regulations and sustainability initiatives while also having hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar supply chain systems.
  • You possess a strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
  • You are a strong communicator and collaborator, with a results-oriented mindset and a bias for action.
  • You demonstrate cultural awareness and adaptability across diverse teams and markets.
  • You are a creative thinker with a passion for solving user problems and improving supply chain efficiency.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced environments.
