Job Description

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Product Manager for Shockwave Medical Inc., to be located in Germany. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies for existing and new products in the cardiovascular space, primarily focusing on European and some international markets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement regional marketing activities for existing products and new product launches, collaborating with local teams.
  2. Assist in creating the annual marketing plan and budget.
  3. Create marketing documents highlighting clinical cases, best practices, and testimonials.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to promote the Reducer System.
  5. Update campaign materials as market needs evolve.
  6. Plan and execute conference and trade show activities.
  7. Partner with training teams to develop and deliver training for sales and clinical staff.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, clinical, manufacturing, R&D, regulatory, and finance.
  9. Implement digital marketing initiatives.
  10. Support global product launches with planning, marketing materials, and sales support.
  11. Measure and monitor the success of marketing programs and product launches.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
  • Proven success in medical device marketing within the cardiovascular field.
  • Strong partnership and relationship-building skills with sales and healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to understand business needs and market dynamics.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, multi-priority environments.
  • Comfortable in clinical selling environments.
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing content processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Fluent in German and English; additional European language a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
