BEAT81 is hiring a Senior Product Manager (CRM & Mobile) to join our Product & Tech team in Berlin. You will own CRM tooling, communications strategy, and mobile app onboarding to create seamless experiences for coaches and customers.

You’ll collaborate with engineering and design in a startup vibe, shape product strategy, and translate roadmaps into scalable solutions. English fluency is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Strong collaboration with engineering and design teams, applying roadmapping and prioritization.
• Comfort reviewing CRM integrations and tool ecosystems.
• A systems-thinking mindset with the ability to connect processes, teams, and tools.
• Ownership in defining and shaping product strategy and long-term vision.
• Excellent stakeholder management, including executive communication.
• Structured, action-oriented approach with bias toward execution.
• User-centric mindset focused on meaningful, impactful solutions.
• Ability to work autonomously and navigate challenges.
• Willingness to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt.
• Fluent English required; German language skills are a plus.

• Act as a key partner to stakeholders and leadership, driving alignment and clarity

You have:

• Experience as a Product Manager in a startup or scale-up environment
• A strong track record of partnering closely with engineering and design teams, applying solid product practices such as roadmapping and prioritization
• You are comfortable reviewing technical architecture, CRM integrations, and tool ecosystems
• A systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to understand how different processes, teams, and tools connect.
• A process-oriented approach and a track record of improving and scaling existing infrastructure as the business grows.
• Proven ownership in defining and shaping product strategy and long-term vision
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including clear and confident executive communication
• A structured, well-organized approach to work, paired with a strong bias toward action and execution
• A user-centric mindset focused on delivering meaningful and impactful solutions
• The ability to work autonomously, take accountability, and navigate challenges effectively
• Comfort thriving in fast-paced dynamic environments that require adaptability
• A genuine passion for fitness, sports, and building products in this space
• You speak english fluently
