BEAT81 is a fitness technology startup redefining indoor cycling with high-energy ride classes, heart-rate tracking and expert coaching. We’re recruiting Ride Coaches to lead sessions in Berlin, Munich, Cologne, Düsseldorf, and Hamburg.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for motivational, results-driven who want to become BEAT81 RIDE Coaches and lead the best indoor cycling workouts in Berlin, Munich, Cologne, Düsseldorf, and Hamburg. No previous experience required! Apply now and join our FREE Ride Coach Training program, where you will undergo several online and in-person workshops to get a world-class education in indoor cycling.

YOUR TASKS

• Run high-energy ride classes in a club-like atmosphere with electronic music and light effects.
• Create a workout that pushes participants to their limit and gets everyone to reach their maximum potential.
• Lead groups through a 45 minute workout and use your positive energy & passion to help participants give it their all until the end.

YOUR PROFILE

• Passionate, positive, energetic and love to spread your joy to others.Someone who enjoys motivating members and providing a world class fitness experience.
• Passion for electronic music and working out in a club-like atmosphere!
• Focused on making customers feel special during your workouts.
• Someone who can create an upbeat, enthusiastic high-energy environment when coaching a fitness class.
• A great BEAT81 ambassador before, during and after the class.
• Positivity, patience, empathy and desire to develop & grow personally.
• Professional experience in the fitness industry would be an advantage but not necessary. All selected candidates have to go through our training program.
• We’re looking for driven and motivated people who want to create fun, exciting and rewarding experiences that improve the lives of customers and themselves.
