We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Product Manager to join our pivotal Core team. In this critical role, you will take ownership of the very heart of our platform: the unified inbox, messaging channels, and essential workflows that tens of thousands of users rely on daily. This is an end-to-end product ownership role, spanning from initial discovery and strategic planning through to shipping, launch, and meticulous metric analysis, ensuring tangible impact on our product's success.

Superchat is strategically restructuring its product function into three key pillars - AI, Integrations, and Core - each led by a dedicated Product Manager. As the Senior Product Manager for Core, you will operate directly with our founder and CPO Mika, shaping the future of our core product offering. Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Product Ownership: Lead the entire product lifecycle for the unified inbox, channels, and workflows, from initial discovery and detailed specification to building, launching, and continuous performance measurement.
• Customer Centricity: Cultivate a deep understanding of customer needs by engaging in direct calls, collaborating closely with Customer Success and Support teams, and meticulously analyzing user data.
• Strategic Impact & Metrics: Embed with a dedicated cross-functional team of 4-6 engineers and 1 designer, define key metrics, and take full ownership of achieving and moving these critical indicators.
• Simplicity & Usability: Drive the development and shipment of features that are intuitive and simple enough for customers to set up and utilize independently.
• Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of product quality, providing the final approval before any feature or update ships, complementing engineers' integrated testing.
• Launch & Awareness: Own the successful launch of new features and ensure effective awareness and adoption strategies, understanding that product marketing is an integral part of your role.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Location: Berlin-based, with a minimum of 3 days a week in-office presence. Up to 2 days optional home office. We believe in the power of co-location for faster decision-making, quicker product delivery, and a sharper team dynamic.
• Work Permit: Possess a valid EU work permit.
