Your Responsibilities

Product at Raisin requires a broad set of soft and hard skills. You will:

• Be the go-to expert for your product, understanding how it influences company results.
• Lead the refinement of customer or business product issues, defining value, success criteria, risks, dependencies, and assumptions.
• Promote data-driven decision making and improve data availability.
• Help shape the strategic path for the next 12 months and secure buy-in from colleagues.
• Create transparent quarterly OKRs and plans aligned with strategy and realistic goals.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering teams, understanding best practices and designing high-level solutions.
• Foster a team culture of continuous feedback, shared learning, and accountability for outcomes.
• Maintain high-functioning communication channels with stakeholders, understanding their goals and pains.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through complexity and ambiguity to reach aligned decisions.

Your Profile

Must haves:

• 4+ years of Product Management experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical understanding of system interactions, data flows, APIs, and experience with scalable, distributed systems and microservices.
• Experience in banking or financial services.

Nice to haves:

• Fluency in German.
