Zusammenfassung

Delinea is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and articulate a multi-year strategy for browser and mobile access experiences. You will translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap for browser extensions, browser-based access, and mobile apps, working with engineering, UX, QA, and Support.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, measure adoption and impact, and shape go-to-market with positioning and pricing while engaging executives, analysts, and customers in a global enterprise

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; Master's or MBA a plus
• 6+ years of product management experience in an Agile/Scrum environment with end-to-end ownership of an enterprise product line
• 5+ years in software, SaaS, or cloud security with exposure to password management, authentication, privileged access management, or client-side access technologies
• Demonstrated experience shipping and operating browser extensions, mobile applications, or both at enterprise scale
• Familiarity with extension and app store release, review, distribution, and versioning constraints
• Working knowledge of browser security fundamentals (content scripts, manifest, same-origin policy) and mobile identity capabilities (biometrics, keystore)
• Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM, FIDO2/WebAuthn, TOTP, and mTLS
• Understanding of federated and non-federated login flows, credential injection, and application session monitoring
• Deep familiarity with Windows/macOS/Linux/iOS/Android/AD/Entra ID and endpoint tooling
• Working knowledge of AWS/Azure/Google Cloud and cloud-native microservices

• Engage customers, partners, analysts, and internal stakeholders to validate product direction
• Partner with Engineering, UX, QA, and Support to deliver high-quality experiences across browsers and OSs
• Balance sustaining investment, migrations, and new work; build investment cases
• Anticipate evolving access patterns and sequencing of roadmap investments
• Define adoption, engagement, and success metrics for business value demonstrations
• Shape go-to-market strategy including positioning, messaging, packaging, and pricing
• Enable Sales/Support with launch context, collateral, and training
• Monitor security trends in browser, credentials, and authentication

• Translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap and backlog spanning the browser extension, browser-based application access, and mobile applications
• Drive the browser extension roadmap, including cross-browser parity, extension store submissions, permission and manifest changes, update and rollback strategy, credential capture, and autofill
• Define the iOS and Android mobile product strategy, including authenticator flows, biometric and secure-element usage, push approvals, offline behavior, and app store release management
• Ensure coherent access experiences across browser, extension, and mobile surfaces with consistent policy enforcement, credential injection, session handling, and audit behavior
• Engage customers, partners, analysts, and internal stakeholders to validate product direction and requirements
• Partner with Engineering, UX, QA, and Support to deliver high-quality experiences across supported browsers and mobile operating systems
• Balance sustaining investment, platform migration, and new zero-to-one work; build investment business cases
• Anticipate evolving access patterns and enforcement requirements and sequence roadmap investments
• Define adoption, engagement, and success metrics and use them for prioritization and business value demonstration
• Shape go-to-market strategy, including positioning, messaging, packaging, and pricing
• Enable Sales, Support, and Customer Success with launch context, collateral, and training
• Monitor browser security, credential and secrets management, application access, passwordless, and FIDO2 authentication trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred; Master's or MBA a plus
• 6+ years of product management experience in an Agile/Scrum environment, including end-to-end ownership of an enterprise product line
• 5+ years in software, SaaS, or cloud security, with direct exposure to password management, authentication, privileged access management, or client-side access technologies
• Demonstrated experience shipping and operating browser extensions, mobile applications, or both at enterprise scale
• Familiarity with extension and app store release, review, distribution, and versioning constraints
• Working knowledge of browser security fundamentals, including content scripts, page-context isolation, extension permission models, manifest versioning, same-origin policy, and secure credential handling
• Working knowledge of mobile identity capabilities, including biometric authentication, secure enclave and keystore, push notification services, mobile device and application management, and platform privacy requirements
• Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM, FIDO2/WebAuthn, TOTP, and mTLS
• Understanding of federated and non-federated login flows, credential injection, and application session monitoring and auditing
• Familiarity with secrets management, service accounts, workload identity, and short-lived credentials is a plus
• Deep familiarity with Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, Active Directory, Entra ID, and endpoint/mobile management tooling
• Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and cloud-native microservices architectures
• Proven track record taking enterprise products from concept to general availability and growing them into meaningful revenue
• Strong user-experience instinct and analytical mindset
• Pragmatic Marketing or Scrum Product Owner certifications are advantageous
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Experience presenting to executive leadership, analysts, and enterprise customers
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work in the United States
