Jobbeschreibung

• Take full ownership and define and execute the long-term product strategy for one of the AUTO1 Platform products
• Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market opportunities. Lead the full product development lifecycle from ideation through post-launch optimization for both web and mobile applications
• Facilitate alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders across multiple markets
• Analyze user behavior data conversion metrics and performance indicators to inform product decisions
• Monitor product performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements
• Engage directly with customers and internal users to gather feedback and validate product concepts

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Product Manager in an Agile software development environment
• Background in the automotive industry e-commerce or marketplaces is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
• Excellent product development skills and an ability to lead an iterative software development team - evidence of creative thinking independent problem-solving effective troubleshooting team motivation and conflict resolution
• Ability to understand technical challenges work with complex data models effectively communicate with development teams and make educated trade-off decisions and develop hypotheses design experiments and interpret results
• You are an excellent communicator and can easily get your point across to both technical and non-technical audiences
