YOUR CHALLENGE AT WIRE

As a Senior Product Manager for Audio and Video Experience, you’ll be at the heart of creating secure and delightful real-time communication. You’ll collaborate with engineers, designers, and customer-facing teams to drive adoption of our calling product line. You will shape the roadmap of the calling product in collaboration with the cross-functional Calling team, lead discovery efforts with our users, customers, and partners, and synthesize your findings into clear, concise, and actionable requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Drive the strategic development of our secure calling and conferencing product offering
• Craft high-quality and differentiated functionalities within our cross-functional Calling team
• Drive user adoption and business growth by maintaining a high-quality standard for your product
• Contribute to shaping the strategic ambitions of Wire through the Calling product

YOUR PROFILE

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a startup, scale-up, or fast-paced environment
• Experience with video conferencing platforms, VoIP systems, or media streaming technologies
• Familiarity with the field requirements of live communication (codecs, protocols, deployment requirements)
• Understanding of network protocols and real-time media transmission challenges
• Strong communication and influencing skills in cross-functional settings with empowered engineering teams
