Job Description:

You will:

• Focus on the outcome by translating company OKRs into more specific team KPIs and analyzing feature-level metrics to derive targets for the next areas of improvement. Communicate decisions and relevant business results to the rest of the company
• Enable the team to implement weekly touch points with Babbel learners, fostering a learning mindset and championing cross-functional collaboration at every discovery process step
• Empathize with Babbel learners through qualitative and quantitative research
• Work closely with the other members of the (Product Designer and Engineering Manager) to prioritize opportunities and define experiments to: value , usability , feasibility , business viability , build hypotheses, prototype, and scope solutions to implement
• Leverage data collection to build data flywheels and set the market standard for AI-powered language learning
• Build strong partnerships and collaboration with key product functions beyond the (Product Analytics, Data, Engineering, User Research, Learning Content) to discover, test, and release each feature
• With the Engineering Manager, maintain a product backlog to facilitate a constant stream of valuable work for the team; continuously improve the team’s ways of working (agile ceremonies, best practices, team agreement) and ensure that data collection and processing standards are followed

You have:

• 5+ years experience working as a Product Manager in a cross-functional team
• Experience in Speech Recognition and AI / NLP-related research
• Pragmatic approach and bias to action: you prefer to improve iteratively rather than working on long-term bets
• Demonstrated capability and hands-on experience in developing data products with an interest in data science
• Experience with
• A track record of delivering business value
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English

Plus at least one of these:

• Experience in Ed-Tech and Language learning
• Experience in habit-building products
• Experience in personalization and/or recommendation systems
• Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA
