Job Description

We are seeking a (Senior) Product Manager to join the Central AdTech team and help us deliver exceptional experiences.

At Delivery Hero, we are exploring the potential of AdTech to introduce people to new food they love and enable our partners to meet their future customers at the perfect moment. We have developed a range of products offering advertising solutions for restaurants, helping them increase visibility, reach, improve order conversion, and drive sales across the entire marketing funnel. Operating in about 50 countries around the clock, our AdTech connects the ideal advertiser with the ideal customer millions of times daily. In 2024/25, AdTech will be a key area for us on our path to profitability, projected to generate over 1 billion euros in revenue, with our innovative tech and product offerings forming the backbone of this growth.

In this role, you will shape the future of advertising at Delivery Hero, driving innovation and growth in our global markets. Collaborating with engineers, designers, and marketers, you will build and scale our advertising platform, significantly impacting our business.

  • Develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for Delivery Hero's central Display Advertising service, covering demand and supply sides. This includes identifying opportunities to improve ad performance, expand inventory, and optimize yield.
  • Partner with advertisers and global stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver results. This involves gathering feedback, conducting market research, and building strong relationships.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, analytics, design, etc.) to define, measure, and achieve ambitious goals. This includes setting KPIs, fostering collaboration, and ensuring accountability.
  • Communicate product plans, progress, and results to internal teams, leadership, and stakeholders through compelling presentations and updates.

Qualifications

  • At least 4+ years of product experience working with engineering teams in ad tech.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex business problems, create data visualizations, and exercise sound business judgment.
  • Ability to synthesize strategy, build product roadmaps, and execute to meet business goals.
  • Experience facilitating planning and decision-making across multiple teams and partners, encouraging effective collaboration.
  • Proficiency in integrating multiple data sources into actionable insights, prioritizing tasks, and making strategic trade-offs.
  • Technical understanding of scalable product development, with excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have:

  • At least 3+ years of professional experience in advertising and marketing technology.
