What you’ll be working on

You’ll take full ownership of a product area, defining strategy, shaping the roadmap, and collaborating across agile teams to bring meaningful features to life. This is not a feature-churn environment — it’s a place where customer insight, real collaboration, and thoughtful innovation matter.

We’re hiring across five product areas :

• Risk & Compliance – Building tools for enterprise governance, auditability, and control
• Automation – Enabling customers to digitise and streamline processes (RPA, workflows, etc.)
• Integration – Driving API-first connectivity with external systems and data platforms
• Ecosystem – Powering innovation through reusable templates, extensions, and partner enablement
• Core Platform – Owning key elements of the BPM suite and driving product-wide improvements

What we’re looking for

• 3–5+ years of product management in agile, software-driven environments
• SaaS or enterprise product experience — ideally BPM, automation, integrations, or platform tools
• Comfortable working with engineering, data, and commercial teams
• Fluent in product thinking, decision-making, and communication
• English fluency required; German is a plus
• Based in Germany and eligible to work in Germany.
