Senior Product Manager – Berlin (Hybrid)

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, health & fitness tech scale-up based in Berlin. Backed by a strong product, real-time data, and an engaged member community, they’re reshaping how people connect with wellness, both digitally and in real life.

Their platform merges smart technology with live group workouts to deliver a personalised, results-driven experience to thousands of users across Europe. As they scale, they’re investing heavily in product and engineering, and looking for a Senior Product Manager to help lead the charge.

What you’ll do

• Own the product roadmap and drive development from discovery to launch and beyond
• Translate complex customer insights into high-impact product features
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to build solutions that delight users and drive business growth
• Identify product opportunities through experimentation, analytics, and user feedback
• Measure success through data and continuously optimise the product experience
• Play a key role in shaping the product culture as the company scales

What we’re looking for

5+ years of product management experience in B2C or consumer-focused environments

A strong grasp of product-led growth and user engagement strategies

Experience balancing user needs with business priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment

Bonus : a background or passion for fitness, health, or wellness products

Strong communication and leadership skills, you bring clarity, direction, and curiosity to your team
