Zusammenfassung

TradeLink sucht einen erfahrenen Senior Product Engineer / Fullstack, der End-to-End‑Features über Backend (Ruby on Rails) und Frontend (React) entwickelt. Sie arbeiten an KI-gesteuerten Produktfunktionen, arbeiten eng mit Kunden zusammen und übernehmen Ownership von Funktionen von Idee bis Produktion.

In einem remote-first Umfeld mit flexibler Arbeit und optionalen Büros in München und Berlin gestalten Sie die Plattform aktiv mit, lösen reale Logistikprobleme und treiben die Produktentwicklung

Qualifikationen

• Umfassende Full-Stack-Kompetenz mit Rails & React.
• Nachweisbare End-to-End-Umsetzung von Features mit Ownership.
• Pragmatische Arbeitsweise mit Fokus auf Qualität und Geschwindigkeit.
• Erfahrung mit modernen KI-Tools (z. B. Cursor, Codex, Claude Code).
• Gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift.

Aufgaben

• Entwicklung und Auslieferung von End-to-End-Features im Backend (Rails) und Frontend (React).
• Design und Implementierung KI-gesteuerter Produktfunktionen.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Lösung von Nutzerproblemen direkt.
• Verantwortung für Features von Idee bis Produktion und Iteration.
• Verbesserung der Systemarchitektur, Skalierbarkeit und Wartbarkeit.
• Kooperation mit Product, Engineering und GTM bei realen Logistikproblemen.
• Beteiligung an technischen Entscheidungen und Roadmap-Planung.
• Unterstützung und Entblockung anderer Entwickler.

You will play a key role in building and scaling our product by combining strong product thinking, solid technical understanding, and AI-driven innovation. As a Senior Product Engineer / Fullstack (all genders), you will drive end-to-end product initiatives, shape AI-powered features, and help define the direction of our platform. We are looking for a pragmatic, product-minded builder with a strong ownership mindset, who can turn customer problems into impactful solutions and thrives in a lean, high-impact team.

Aufgaben

• You build and ship end-to-end features across backend (Ruby on Rails) and frontend (React)
• You design and implement AI-driven product capabilities (e.g. agentic workflows, AI-assisted features)
• You work close to the customer, investigating and resolving user issues first hand
• You take ownership of features from idea to production and iteration
• You improve system architecture, scalability, and maintainability
• You collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and GTM to solve real logistics problems
• You contribute to technical decisions and roadmap planning
• You support and unblock other engineers

Qualifikation

• Strong full-stack engineering skills (Ruby on Rails & React)
• Proven ability to deliver features end-to-end with high ownership
• Pragmatic mindset with a strong balance of speed and quality
• Experience with modern AI tools (e.g. Cursor, Codex, Claude Code)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with ambiguity
• Product mindset with a focus on user value
• Fluent in English

• Experience in B2B SaaS environments
• Experience with customer integration projects
• Background in the logistics industry
