Tasks

• Personally design, build, and maintain the most critical parts of our product, transforming complex technical challenges into elegant and clean architecture.
• Rigorously evaluate, benchmark, and fine-tune our AI capabilities, ensuring our core AI functions deliver maximum domain accuracy and receive spot on context.
• Own one of our core products end-to-end, driving the feature roadmap, leading direct customer communication, and keep expectation management realistic.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to our junior developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in full-stack development with proficiency in languages such as Python, JavaScript, React. Plus if you've experimented with Go.
• Demonstrated passion for technology through a substantial personal or side project built outside of work or school.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical clients. Plus if you're proficient in German.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment with tight deadlines, dynamic priorities, and a high degree of ownership.
