The Product Design team at AutoScout24 ensures that we create the right products to deliver delight to customers by working closely with cross-functional partners to establish best practices and processes, develop an end-to-end product rollout plan, align cross-functional stakeholders on strategy, track and communicate business metrics, and help scale product knowledge throughout the organization.

We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our B2B team. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative team in our Munich or Berlin offices. Our work format is hybrid, and we meet in the office twice a week.

What You'll Do

1. Lead and oversee the user experience of a product from conception to launch in partnership with product managers, engineers, UX researchers, and content designers.
2. Have end-to-end responsibility for a specific product design experience.
3. Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of AutoScout24 products.
4. Translate analysis and research insights into new ideas and concepts with the help of our analysis and research teams.
5. Facilitate strategic conversations and meetings to drive progress against goals.
6. Represent design in a variety of forums with product engineering.
7. Constantly push your limits and look for opportunities to improve.
8. Be an active part and contribute to our design community.

What You Bring

1. 5 years of in-house experience as a Product Designer in a software development environment for e-commerce, marketplaces, or similar.
2. Strong UX design skills showcased in your portfolio.
3. Experience in mentoring less seasoned designers, with strong communication and facilitation skills, both written and verbal.
4. Critical eye for high craft design and a desire to challenge the status quo and aim for UI excellence.
5. Experience using data to identify problems and communicate solutions.
6. Experience working directly with Visual and Product Designers, UX Researchers, and Writers.
7. Experience developing product goals, identifying opportunities, and making decisions based on their impact on people and the company.
