The role:

We are looking for a talented Senior Product Designer UX/UI (f/m/x) for one of our dynamic cross-functional teams, dedicated to enhancing community experience through our loyalty, creator, and referral programs.

You will play a crucial role impacting our Pepper platforms (e.g., mydealz, Dealabs, and hotukdeals). Your responsibilities include iterating on existing features, developing new ones, and providing insights to enhance user experience.

You will leverage qualitative and quantitative research insights, tackle diverse design challenges, and collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.

This role is based in Berlin with hybrid work flexibility, with relocation possible.

Skills and experience:

• 5+ years designing digital products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving, IA, research, interaction design, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• User research experience to validate design concepts
• Experience building and maintaining a design system
• Responsive, scalable design thinking
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Framer, etc.
• Understanding of front-end development considerations
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
